We primarily serve London and the surrounding areas but can cover other UK locations upon request.

6. What type of waste do you not accept?

We work with bywaters to dispose of waste privately. We cannot take plasterboard, as well as some other items such as certain electronics, some items like sofas or mattresses have an additional fee.

7. Can I book to dispose waste at my local recycling centre?

Yes. However most recyling centres require a pre booking for 24hrs in advance so make sure you book ahead of time to avoid being turned away.

8. Are you a registered waste handler?

Yes we are registered with the environment agency, reg number CBDU573212.

9. What should I do if I need to cancel?

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
